You can schedule visits based on what works best for you right now, in-home, in-office, or virtual. If you are unsure which type of visit to choose, pick the option that feels closest and we will help guide the rest.
Use the patient portal to see visit notes, lab results, messages, and documents related to your care. This is also where you can securely communicate about your health between visits.
Here you can update payment information, review your membership, and manage the administrative side of your care. If something does not look right or you have questions, help is always available.
It is important that I get a look at your records to ensure thoroughness and quality of care and make sure nothing was missed by other providers.
